Oenology- viticulture consultant, graduate of the University of Montpellier SupAgro/INRA, I have been technically supporting winegrowers and wineries in the Champagne region of France for most than 15 years.

Specializing in mechanical equipment with the aim of transitioning farms to agroecology and quality , I now approach the vineyard with a holistic methodology. The search for balance between the environment and production is one of the foundations of my philosophy.
